Sand cliff carvings at Witty Beach
My first hike post TKR.
Every day I find that I can do a little bit more which led me on a short hike to Witty Beach out in Metchosin. I had seen an instagram post about a local artist doing carvings in the sand cliffs there. The pictures showed intricate detail and I was intrigued that someone would go to so much work knowing that nature could very likely erase all his efforts. Indeed the first fireplace that he had carved did succumb to a Kings tide earlier but he was not deterred and has continued on with his project.
